IHDE is working on maintaining and improving our systems

On Sunday August 19th, Orion Health will be performing maintenance for all Orion SaaS Hosted environments including production. Due to the scope of the work, it will require an extended downtime to implement. The maintenance is scheduled for six hours, the mutual goal of all teams is to minimize the duration of this event.
Start Time: 8/19/18 – 4:00 AM MST
End Time: 8/19/18 – 10:00 AM MST
All Orion/IHDE services will be unavailable (including the Clinical Portal) and will not respond to connection requests. If any participant’s sending system is unable to queue the data, they should stop the feed until service is restored. Inbound communication messages will receive a delivery failure and be advised to retry. Depending on the sending system, they will either retry delivery a number of times or simply fail the message.
