|8/23/18||IHDE was notified by our vendor, Orion Health, of a service outage with the Rhapsody Integration Engine. You may be experiencing connection issues with us during this time. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will send out updates as they become available.||8/23/18|
|6/24/18||The IHDE Clinical Portal’s Notifications and Subscriptions feature is not functioning properly. We are currently working with our vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.||7/23/18|
|9/20/17||The IHDE Clinical Portal is experiencing issues, and is currently unavailable. We are currently working with Orion to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.||9/27/17|

|1/7/17||Orion/IHDE System Downtime: Orion will be performing storage infrastructure upgrades on their HIE systems. Maximum duration of this downtime is 16 hours. All functionality (Clinical Portal and interface/message flow) will be unavailable during this time. Functionality will be restored to operation upon completion.||1/8/17|
